The beauty of Harley-Davidsons is
that they are so suitable for customisation. This need not be
radical, just making your bike yours and unique to you! No
other manufacturer has such a vast catalogue of accessories and
parts to facilitate this! So we can change the colour scheme,
upgrade the capacity, kit out for touring, completely change the
look and feel to your own taste.
New to the dealership is Harley-Davidsons 'Fit shop'. We
have a new bike specially equipped to enable the swapping of
handlebars and seats to simulate different riding positions/comfort
and seat height, all this is done in seconds. It's a great tool to
get the perfect position and style on your new
bike!
What you do need though is
experience, this is where we come in, we know what fits what, what
will look good and work to give you the bike of your dreams, the
only limitation is your budget!
The most popular upgrades are capacity increases, there's never
been a truer saying 'there's no subsitute for cubes' Sportster
owners can go from 883cc to 1200cc, Big Twins can go from 96cu to
103cu (1584cc to 1690) even to 110cu (1800cc) You can enhance on
this further with hotter cams which really release lots more torque
and power!
A cam chain tensioner upgrade for pre
2007's (pre 2006 on Dyna's) is well worthwhile as this not
only reduces tensioner and chain wear but improves oil pump
delivery and scavenge, protecting cams much more effectively in the
process.

Harley-Davidson, we can dress your bike up in
any parts, paint sets or accessories you choose so that you
can see the results immediately on screen. If something
doesn't look right, you can change it until you create a
unique look that makes your Harley-Davidson or Buell,
truly your own.

Our new breed of Black Bear Signature Bikes were introduced
this year to show just what can be done with a little bit of
imagination. So far in 2008 we have produced two very
different 'Signature Bikes', each a one-off and featuring a wide
range of accessories and on display (and for sale!) in our showroom
now.
XL1200X FORTY EIGHT
This XL1200X 'Forty Eight' has just come out of our workshops
and features, Harley-Davidson custom paint set, Black air cleaner
kit, Spring seat, Black Short Shots, Big Shot fueller, Side mount
license plate mount. A stunning bike! It's for sale now!
STREET BOB
Our latest creation is this 2008 Street Bob coated in
menacing Black Denim paint with Vance & Hines staggered short
shots in black, powder-coated yokes, risers, fork lowers, hubs and
wheel rims. It has been customised with an RSD timer
cover, RSD Derby cover and Goodson air cleaner.
And check out the orange wheels which create that real 'wow'
factor. This bike is priced £11,995 and has just been wheeled out
into our showroom, so be quick if you want to catch a look at
it!
NIGHT TRAIN
Then there's this dark and brooding 2008 Night Train which
features a sinister skull tank logo, surrounded by black paint and
accessories. Check out the inverted black forks, the V-Twin
footpegs and shifter and the Black Bear grips. We've also added a
Goodson custom air filter, Roland Sands cam cover, Roland Sands
Derby cover, chrome rocker box covers, polished rear wheel, Harley
black bars, Battistinis front wheel, custom headlamp and tracker
exhaust by Roland Sands. This black beauty is for sale priced
£17,995.
ELECTRA GLIDE BAGGER
This 2007 model Electra Glide Standard has received
the special Black Bear treatment. Powder-coated wheels combine with
this superb custom 'metal flake' paint for a truly dazzling finish.
This is a perfect example of how you can transform a standard model
into a one-off flame-licked motorcycle!
SKULL & BONES FAT BOY
This is a Harley-Davidson limited edition paint set featuring
skulls and bones. We dressed up the Fat Boy with plenty of
sparkling chrome skull detail to add to the custom
look. Needless to say, this particular model was snapped up
pretty quick!
XL1200 SPORTSTER CUSTOM
Another example of a Harley-Davidson Radical Paint Set, this
'Groovin' design sure looked striking in our showroom and suited
this Sportster perfectly. We combined it with a chrome front end
package, diamond grips, footpegs and shifter pegs, chrome slotted
six-spoke wheels, chrome oil tank cover, battery cover, upper belt
guard and switch housings.
