Top Marks for Black Bear

We were delighted when customer Steve Bennett arrived to see us armed with a framed certificate and six bottles of wine in recognition of our excellent customer care.

Each year, Steve, who owns a light haulage and courier company called, Hatchback Couriers, presents a 'Certificate of Excellence for Outstanding Customer Care' to one of his suppliers and this year it was us! He purchased an FLHT Electra Glide Standard from us to use for courier work and has been delighted with it and with Black Bear.

He said he was so impressed with the way that everyone throughout service, sales, parts and clothing had looked after him whenever he visited that he decided we should receive his award. The most impressive was when he called in with a minor problem while en route to deliver a package. His bike was taken into the workshop immediately, the problem solved and he was on his way within an hour. "Nothing is too much trouble for the boys and girls at Black Bear," he said.
