The winner of our annual Christmas prize draw is proof that filling in our service questionnaire pays off!
Ian Lawrence, of Letchworth, Herts, has just scooped our prize of a £500 gift voucher after his completed questionnaire card was randomly drawn out from among nearly 600 reply cards that we received for 2008.
And he admitted that is was the first time he had filled one in and returned it to Black Bear! "I was very surprised to learn that I had won the draw as that was the first card I had filled in, the others had previously gone in the bin!" he said.
"But this one I just sat down with one evening and decided to fill in. I will certainly be entering again. In fact, I've already filled one in for this year!"
Ian, who has been riding bikes for more than 25 years, has bought several Harleys from us since we opened back in 1996 and currently rides a 1450cc Softail Standard.
And what did he spend his £500 on....well, he booked his Harley in for a full service in preparation for the riding season ahead!
All service/repair questionnaire cards completed and sent back to us will be entered for the free prize draw to take place at the end of the year. So make sure you don't bin it or you won't win it!
