A significant investment saw Black Bear open its new state-of-the-art workshops in the spring of 2005. John Russell, managing director for Harley-Davidson Europe, came to inspect and declared our facilities, “the best in Europe” – you don’t get much better recognition than that!

We are extremely proud of our purpose-built workshop and our team of highly experienced, factory trained technicians and so customers can rest easy in the knowledge that their pride and joy is in the safest of hands.

We also have one of the lowest labour rates in the country among Harley-Davidson dealers and are equipped with all the latest digital technology which is required to service and maintain a Harley-Davidson – technology that is only available to authorised dealers.

Our team is headed up by our experienced service manager, Steve ‘George’ Jordan, who along with his service advisor, Liz Buckingham, will guide you through any service, repair or performance upgrade work, from the moment your bike is dropped off with us to the moment the keys are handed back to you. We even do bike collection and delivery if you’d prefer.

Our aim is to ‘make it easy’ and take the hassle out of servicing for our customers and to provide a first-class service from start to finish. 
Please note: If you would like to book a 10,000 mile service you need to make a 9am appointment. Alternatively, you can leave your bike with us the day before or we can arrange to collect and deliver for a small charge. Thank you.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY

We have two specially equipped vans and two very experienced drivers, Derek and Lee, who will look after your motorcycle should you wish to make use of our collection and delivery service. 

We heavily subsidise this service to help keep your costs down and our vans travel the whole country carrying out pick-ups and deliveries for customers who rely on Black Bear to maintain their motorcycles - we've even been spotted in Scotland!
