Post Summer Servicing

Well it was'nt quite the long hot summer we were promised! Lets hope we have an indian summer! The riding season still has plenty to offer, so if you have been able to rack a few miles up, keep that all important service history up to date, give Andy a call to get booked in! Black Bear is recognised as just about the best service facility for Harley-Davidson and Buell in the UK. We have five top tech's all with years of Harley-Davidson experience, a fantastic workshop with all the special tools and latest diagnostic equipment needed for these now technically sophisticated bikes. But more importantly the attitude is spot on! From booking in to handing your bike back we are here for you! And will always help out for short notice work and ensure the job goes as smoothly as possible. We can collect and deliver, clean the bike, provide free new Harley loan bikes and our hourly rate is still less than the national authorised Harley-Davidson aveerage! Following the closure of the Buell factory in October 2009, Black Bear has been appointed an official fully authorised Buell service dealer, this means we are able to carry out warranty repairs, servicing, have access to Buell technical training and parts. More importantly we have the most conscientious team of technicians who are all fully trained and will sort out problems where others struggle!

Please note: If you would like to book a 10,000 mile service you need to make a 9am appointment. Alternatively, you can leave your bike with us the day before or we can arrange to collect and deliver for a small charge. Thank you.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY

We have two specially equipped vans and two very experienced drivers, Derek and Lee, who will look after your motorcycle should you wish to make use of our collection and delivery service. 

We heavily subsidise this service to help keep your costs down and our vans travel the whole country carrying out pick-ups and deliveries for customers who rely on Black Bear to maintain their motorcycles - we've even been spotted in Scotland!
